We went through each interior space and created a design that takes advantage of the natural light that fills the Cottage. This house was built in 2017 so virtually everything is brand new. The furniture and decor were curated to achieve a “Cottage on the Water” theme. Our goal is to offer a vacation rental that feels more like a “Summer Home” so families can come back to create unforgettable memories year after year.
Located on the top floor, the master suite has its very own balcony that overlooks everything. You’ll be woken up by one of the most beautiful sunrises over the Chesapeake Bay. You’ll also enjoy a private master bathroom.
On the main level, the Bayside Bedroom faces the Bay and gets filled with sunshine at the start of the day. There are light switches on either side of the bed that control each of the overhead lights for bedtime reading.
On the main level, the Inland Bedroom faces…you guessed it…inland. That doesn’t necessarily mean there’s no natural light ion this bedroom. Quite the contrary. There’s plenty of light and there are light switches on either side of the bed that control each of the overhead lights for bedtime reading.
